Earth Health Care values its customers and takes utmost due care. The product can be returned or replaced by the customer, however, the same is subject to the following:

  • The product received was damaged.
  • Different product dispatched.

In case of a return or replacement the customer is bound to immediately notify the team of Earth Health Care i.e. within three (3) days of the receipt of the product.

The product which is to be returned or replaced by the customer has to be returned back to the Earth Health Care with the original bill and packaging along with the complete and entire contents of the shipment.

Used products will neither be returned nor be replaced.

Before making returns or replacements the team of Earth Health Care will conduct a verification process and the customer is obliged to participate in the same.

The final decision to return or replace the product rests with the Earth Health Care and the same will be binding upon the customer also.
